Parish Mission: It is with great pleasure that our Parish welcomes Fr. Charles Cross to deliver an uplifting, renewing, rediscovery of our Faith through his Ministry with the Passionists. Fr. Charles will be announcing his plans for each day over the course of our weekend Masses and we will update Facebook and our website as more details become available. For now the schedule is:
Sat 20thMay 6.30 pm: Opening ceremony by Fr. Charles in St. Mary’s; Sun 21st May 9.30 am: Mass by Fr. Charles in St. Columba’s; Sun 21stMay 11 am: Mass by Fr. Charles in St. Mary’s;
Sun 21st– Fri 26th 7.30 pm: Evening Services in St. Mary’s
Monday 22nd– Friday 26th: Daily Mass in St. Mary’s at 6.15 am and again at 10 am.
Monday 10 am Mass will include blessing of babies and children who are not yet at Nursery or above.
Tuesday Evening will include a Service of Reconciliation.
Wednesday 10 am Mass will include pupils and staff from St. Patrick’s Primary School.
Wednesday Evening Service will include engaged and married couples from the Parish. (More married couples needed to volunteer to take part, please contact Susan O’Boyle to put your names forward on 07708714384).
Thursday Evening will include The Eucharist in our daily life with donations of non-perishable goods requested on the night for local food banks.
Friday Evening Service will conclude the Mission with Fr. Charles asking all of our Parish to "Be the Mission”.
Visitation of the Sick to be arranged.
